Hundreds Of Students across Ireland To Take Part In Climate Change Protests Today.

The protests, which get underway at lunchtime, are the first since the pandemic hit.

Hundreds of school students are expected to take part in climate change protests this afternoon in Dublin, Cork and Galway.

The Friday for Future movement began after Greta Thunberg skipped school and sat outside the Swedish parliament demanding change.

Irish school students will be among those worldwide to skip school to take part in today’s demonstrations.

The protests, which get underway at lunchtime, are the first since the pandemic hit.
