A man is in hospital following a shooting in Cork city.
Gardai say a man presented himself with gunshot wounds at Cork University Hospital in the early hours of this morning.
Gardai in Cork say they're investigating after a man arrived at Cork University Hospital with gunshot wounds shortly after 5 o'clock this morning.
He remains in a stable condition at CUH.
Detectives are appealing to anyone who was in the Wilton are of Cork city between 5 and 5.45 am this morning, and who may have noticed anything unusual, to contact them.
