The Labour Court today ruled the recommendation
The Labour Court has recommended a 17.75% pay rise for Aer Lingus pilots up to the end of 2026.
The recommendation starts from January 1st 2023 to the end of December 2026.
Pilots union IALPA was seeking pay rises worth a total of 24% - but sources claimed it dropped its demand to around 22% at recent face-to-face talks with the airline.
In a statement, Aer Lingus said it would carefully review the recommendation of the Labour Court.
“Aer Lingus will carefully review the final recommendation of the Labour Court. The company will confirm its position following completion of that review.”
