The trial of the man charged with attempted murder of three children during a knife attack on Dublin's Parnell Square over two years ago is due to begin today.
52-year-old Riad Bouchaker, of no fixed abode, faces three counts of attempted murder of two girls and a boy on November 23rd 2023.
Other alleged offences include causing serious harm to a care worker.
A jury is due to be sworn in at the Central Criminal Court this morning.
