The 33-year-old Blessington native has signed a two-year deal, extending her stay at the Blues until June 2025.
Quinn has made 57 appearances in two years at the club, scoring 11 goals.
The centre-half joined the Blues on a free transfer in 2021 having departed Italian side Fiorentina.
Quinn is expected to start for the Republic of Ireland's World Cup send-off match at Tallaght Stadium tonight.
They play France at Tallaght Stadium tonight from 8pm and then fly out tomorrow.
