Representing Ireland in Japan and Lativa
Three sisters from Kerry will represent Ireland in Japan and Lativa, having been crowned the BT Young Scientists of the Year.
17 year old Ciara, 15 year old Saoirse and 12 year old Laoise Murphy from Presentation Secondary School in Tralee developed an app to help emergency healthcare responses.
They claimed the top spot out of 550 projects, which made it to the annual science fair held in Dublin's RDS.
Saoirse Murphy says a family emergency was the inspiration for their project.
